The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area provides high-quality, affordable, and enriching programs for youth and teens during out-of-school time. We create safe, fun environments staffed by dedicated Youth Development Professionals who foster positive relationships, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for growth. Our goal is to empower young people to reach their full potential by building essential skills and equipping them to achieve lifelong success.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
Getting started is easy! Each child must be signed up for the current membership session in order to attend Club. Log in or create a new account within the Parent Portal Registration link and select "Memberships." Next select your program or renew your membership by each child. Scholarships and financial assistance are available for all program options selected during registration periods. ​

School year registration opens in May. Summer registration opens in March/April each year. Specific Registration dates vary yearly. Watch for open registration date annoucments on our Facebook page during February.

REGISTRATION

A before-school program held at all WRPS Elementary Schools for youth ages 6+. Open from 6:45 AM until the start of school, Jumpstart Morning gives kids a safe, supervised space to start their day and can also be used on late-start Mondays.
$60 per member.

NEKOOSA
CCLC
Serving Alexander Middle School students, this program offers before-school care from 6:30–8:30 AM and after-school care until 6:00 PM, with a daily snack provided.
​​Membership cost covered by CCLC Grant funding.
AFTER-SCHOOL
Our flagship program at the Wis. Rapids Center, open afterschool until 6:30 PM for youth ages 6 and up, with a dedicated Teen Center for grades 6–12. Members are provided a hot dinner and snack daily plus enrichment activities to focus on Health & Well-being, Character & Leadership, Academic Success and Life & Workforce Readiness.

SUMMER
PROGRAM
A full-day summer experience , located at our Wisconsin Rapids Center open youth ages 6 and up (6th–12th graders join our Teen Center). Open 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack served daily.
$160 per member

PORT EDWARDS
Located at Ed Heuer Elementary, this afterschool program runs until 6:00 PM for youth ages 6 and up, with a snack served daily.
​$60 per member

Registration is required for each program membership. For example: The After-school and Jumpstart Morning Programs are separate. If you need both, please register for both separately for each youth member.

Annual membership fee covers only a small fraction of what it actually costs to provide Club programming.
While families pay a low annual membership fee, it costs more than $2,800 per child each year to provide the safe spaces, caring mentors, nutritious meals and snacks, educational support, and enriching experiences our members receive. The difference is made possible through the generosity of our donors, sponsors, grant partners, and community supporters who believe every child deserves the opportunity to build a great future.
